Workout Plan
Your workout plan will be fully customized to align with your goals and comfort level. Each session will be personally conducted by me and will last approximately 50-60 minutes. (16 sessions per month.)
Meal plan
Your meal plan will be customized to fit your individual dietary needs and fitness goals. Each plan will focus on balanced nutrition to support your workout and overall health, including:
* Customized Meal Options: Personalized to your taste preferences and dietary restrictions.
* Nutritional Balance: Providing the right mix of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats to fuel your workouts and aid in recovery.
* Portion Control: Designed to match your specific fitness objectives, whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or maintenance.
Monitoring
Workout forms and techniques will be monitored during on-call sessions, while meals will be tracked via WhatsApp.
Progress Tracking
Every week, there will be a weight check and photos of your front, back, and sides for reference. Additionally, full body measurements will be taken every 4 weeks.
