Workout Plan
Each week, you'll receive a workout plan tailored to your goals, comfort level, and progress. This plan is designed to push you toward your best self, with each session crafted to build on your achievements and inspire continuous improvement.

Meal plan
Your meal plan will be customized each week to fit your dietary needs and fitness goals, focusing on balanced nutrition. It includes:

* Portion Control: Aligned with your goals, whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or maintenance.


Tracking & Customization
Workout forms, techniques, and meals will be tracked via WhatsApp. This helps us keep a record of your progress and make adjustments for future weeks to ensure your plan remains customized and effective.

Progress Tracking
I will check in through video call each week to track your progress in a healthy manner, followed by a weight check and photos of your front, back, and sides for reference. Additionally, full body measurements will be taken every 4 weeks.
